Evaluating Your Drive |

Once we receive your hard drive it will be logged into our system
for evaluation by one of our data recovery technicians. We will provide
you with our initial diagnosis, total recovery cost and estimated
completion date within 24 hours of receiving your hard drive. |

Recovering Your Data |
| |
Upon receiving your approval to proceed, your hard drive will be
"cloned" bit for bit (The integrity of your data is never
placed in jeopardy as all recovery procedures are performed on an
exact sector by sector duplicate of your original drive) and queued
for the actual recovery procedures. |

Data Security |
| |
Keeping your data secure is a very high priority for us. For major
corporations we have no problems signing non-disclosure agreements.
With or without an agreement, we treat your data with the utmost security. |

Returning Your Data |
| |
If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired,
we will return your data on your repaired drive. If it is determined
that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data
in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive, writeable
CD or DVD, Zip/Jazz cartridge. |

We will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure the successful
re-installation of your data. Once your data is re-installed,
your
data will be purged from our storage vaults. |

If we can't get your data, there is no charge. |
| |

If we can get your data, we'll give you a firm fixed price quote
by telephone, fax, or email. |

If you decide not to proceed, there is no charge for your evaluation. |

In the recovery process, we always do a mirror copy of the data. We never
work directly on the data itself. |

|
Typical recovery time is 1-3 days. Data generally is
returned by CD-ROM, FTP, or other options. |
